Peace Is Not the Answer

I found this article on http://www.enlightennext.org/ Andrew Cohen is an inspiring man travelling the world inspiring others with respect to life, love and spirituality.

It has often struck me how many people want peace and yet there is a paradox of wanting peace when dynamism, passion and curiosity move us forward. Peace then may be the fuel that we fill up on in order to move forward and live authentically and profoundly.

This talk is about science and how we believe things because we were told that they are true. We have recieved degrees and yet we cannot answer the most simple questions. Inspiring.

Starting with four basic questions (that you may be surprised to find you can't answer), Jonathan Drori looks at the gaps in our knowledge -- and specifically, what we don't about science that we might think we do.

The Daffodil Principle

This story was sent in an email and I believe it deserves a web page.

Several times my daughter had telephoned to say, "Mother, you must come to see the daffodils before they are over." I wanted to go, but it was a two-hour drive. "I will come next Tuesday", I promised a little reluctantly on her third call.
